an ai-powered web app designed for game development studios to analyze and compare video game reviews required a user-friendly and efficient dashboard. the app allows users to export and analyze reviews, then chat with an ai to gain deeper insights into the game’s perception among critics and users. my role involved designing and developing the ui and ux from the ground up. i worked closely with the client to identify the overarching problem the app aimed to solve, conducted user research to uncover pain points, and translated findings into actionable design solutions. the dashboard was designed to address key user needs, such as providing a transparent credit usage overview, quick access to recent ai chats, and updates on newly analyzed games. since the app handled large amounts of data, i carefully organized functionality into distinct regions, removing unnecessary elements and visualizing information in a digestible way. to make the interface intuitive, i incorporated imagery to help users quickly identify games, used a rounded design for a harmonious and modern feel, and added transparency to hint at deeper functionality. beyond design, i also contributed to the python backend and managed the entire product development process. i acted as the bridge between the client, developers, and designers, ensuring the project aligned with both user expectations and technical feasibility. the result: a streamlined, professional web app that helps game studios make data-driven decisions more effectively.
